How to I get the message that I blocked?

Ok so I got mad at my friend for blocking me so I blocked her after sending this message that basically told her screw you && then I saw that my phone blocked a number && then I felt bad && I didn't know if it was her so I was wondering if there's anyway to view that message? I have a Blackberry Torch 9800 I feel really awful! Please help
